For this open forum, we have two questions from a listener. They’re timely as we face the beginning of a new year. My guest pastor to help me is Pastor Jonathan Holst of Westminster Orthodox Presbyterian Church, Hamden, CT.
Here are the two questions:
1. As a pastor, are you in favor of making New Year’s resolutions? If so, would you suggest
some, please?
2. Given the decline in our culture, are you pessimistic or optimistic about the new year?
